My sister bought kitchen appliances. Refrig. Works well, no problems. Dishwasher was broken, leaked like crazy. Returned and received another. They said she must have broken it!!! She had it for 1hout was running the initial cycle like instructed. Leaked all over the kitchen and living room! The stove was damaged when they went to install it so they had to get a part for it! Promised to be out the next day. Didn’t show up and never called her. Refused to answer her phone calls to them. She ended up calling a different way and they answered immediately. Part need to be ordered. Called this past Friday. To be installed today. Service called said they were too busy to come today and first opening this coming Friday! That is 2 weeks without a stove. Lastly the more microwave she bought wasn’t in had to order it! Never received it went in and got money returned! Wouldn’t recommend them to anybody!! Really BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The gas range I bought from Appliance Direct is a mixed bag. First the pros: it cooks great, I absolutely love the oven window. It is a convection oven so baking is a lot better with it. I also like the look its very sleek and refined. Cons: the stove top is very hard to clean. Once the top gets dirty it gets cooked on and is very difficult to clean.

This is a good store if you’re looking for the best deal around. It’s a no frills store that got me what I needed quick. Came in to replace my broken refrigerator and got set up with a new Whirlpool for $150 less than I would have spent at Lowes. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for good value on brand name appliances.

I have not purchased here but looked around and it looks like they have really good prices and the scratch and dents are minimal.
