Provided by YP.comI paid a lot of money to this company to have me moved to Florida, When I got here and received my furniture I had a lot of damage to my belongings. I had broken dishes, Scratched furniture and gouges in my furniture. I had broken legs on my new TV. (That was about 3 month old) So had to use another means to use this TV.
I had lost items that were never returned to me, in my belongings I had other peoples belongings. I lost a chair and lamp and wall decoration.
Some of the damage was hidden from me. I have glue residue on drawers of my desk (the desk is 6 months old) I had one piece of furniture that was in such bad shape I told them to take it to the dumpster. But your worker took the doors first to use for his benefit.
I discussed this with you and told you I was not happy with your company, You said email me on the 13th of the month and you would call me back and we would discuss this damage. I emailed you on the given day and I have not heard from you at all.

Provided by YP.comI would have rated 5 stars but I am giving 2 stars for the following reason: We recently were moved by The Village Movers, Fruitland Park, FL. We moved from a 2nd story, 3 bedroom to a 3rd floor, 3 bedroom. We had 2 movers which slowed things down and as a result cost us more than we budgeted. Two items were damaged, (2 drawers on a dresser and a desk), but were promptly repaired, which I very much appreciate. As a result of the dresser drawers being damaged, I am now missing a LOT of undergarments. I am thinking they fell out when the drawer broke and were left on the truck, etc. So now, on top of the cost of the move, I now have to replace lost/missing clothing.
