If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Car wash left several white nicks on my Black Cruze. When pointing them out, I was yelled at by an employee and the owner, Andrew B Wobster, was very rude and called me a liar. I was also told, that it was only a $20 car wash and if i expected a better service I should go somewhere else.



I am more disappointed with how the owner and other employee chose to act than I am about the nicks on my car. Clearly, based on the owner’s actions, this is the precedent he sets with his staff for how to treat customers. Mr. Wooster was a grade-A jerk throughout the entire experience. Not a good way to run a business. Buyer beware!
