I highly suggest going to a different real estate company if you are looking for a place to call home. I found myself abruptly with out a place to live to no fault of my own and needed to find an apartment immediately. I have a disability from a spinal cord injury and needed to find a place to call home. Sparango had an apartment for rent at a price that was in my budget. I applied for the apartment and was turned down due to lack of income documentation. I showed Mary My bank statement and supporting documentation that supported my income from disability more then covered the rent. None of this mattered to her.

Not only did Mary not return my calls but she and Anthony were nothing short of unprofessional when I came back into their office again almost pleading for her to reconsider me as a tenant. To say Anthony mockingly laughing at me was insulting enough....I even told here I would pay an extra month of rent as security. But still that was not good enough. Mary lacking compassion or empathy made me feel like a fool and fully aware of my disability. True business is business and Mary needs to answer to her client. I fully understand that. But there is never an excuse for lack of professionalism...especially in a world where kindness towards humanity is scarce indeed.

Shame on you Mary and Anthony.
