This guy is nuts. They picked up my truck and the driver knowingly dented my door and apologized. When we talked to the owner he said he would tow for free. We got halfway to granbury and the owner called and told us that he dropped my truck off in the street and that we could sue him, then hung up. He left my truck sitting unlockes with the keys in it. Items are missing from my truck and we are going to pursue legal action. We have acquired video of him hitting my door from QT.

HORRIBLE & DANGEROUS!!! I was waiting to turn left on Camp Bowie from southbound Ramona yesterday in a rental vehicle. One lane was coned off on Westbound Camp Bowie leaving two lanes and it was during lunch hour so traffic was heavy. I'm not a wimpy driver and can thread my car in the tightest of situations but your A$$ of a (older white male) driver waiting behind me in an orange tow truck became impatient with the lack of opening in traffic allowing me to turn left. He proceeded to lay on his horn, aggressively cut AROUND ME turning right in FRONT of me. All while stopping traffic ON Camp Bowie and almost hitting my vehicle. Where are the cops when you need them?! I have good friends off Ramona who are in the towing business and I do business with several auto and repossession dealers/outfits. I'm alerting ALL of them regarding your crappy company. I know the towing community... You made a poor poor decision when you endangered my life!

I never write reviews but after reading the bad reviews and using Bubba's service I had to. He was very nice and actually held a conversation with me as well. I decided to use him when he gave me the lowest price around. Considering I had to tow my motorcycle only 4 miles away everyone quoted me at 120+. He charged $90 flat. And he arrived in less than 10 min. yes it was the same Timothy from the previous review. I guess he had a bad day on that day lol. If the price is better its worth it I say.

This guy TIMOTHY is a complete and total psycho, came to pick up a vehicle from our shop and threatened the owner and tried to fight in the parking lot. AVOID AT ALL COST THIS MAN IS COMPLETLY UNBALANCED!!!!!

Honestly, I wouldn't give this guy even 1 star. Number 1 he does not keep to his quoted price.

I had him tow my car to my mechanic's shop, where he informed him that it would be $45 more than the price he told him not even 12 hours prior. When my mechanic confronted him on this situation, he threw a fit! And even when my mechanic gave him the check for the bogus price!

THIS ENDED WITH THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER/OWNER TIMOTHY BUSTED ALL OF MY WINDOWS OUT!!!! AND I WASN'T EVEN THERE, HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! If the option of posting the pics was available then you would see that he DESTROYED MY CAR! And now won't return ANY phone calls!

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!!!!
