Placed a takeout order online, 45 minute wait took an hour and 5 minutes to get my order, and it was missing our dessert pizza. I called right away and told the girl thinking maybe the driver may have just forgot it in his car. She took my number and said she'd call me back. 25 minutes later I called and asked for a manager, explained the situation. He explained the dessert pizza never left the store, they had to remake it, and was sitting there ready to be delivered. I explained that I was supposed to get a call back, it was not 8:30, and I didn't want the dessert, just wanted a credit for it. I was given a credit in the end for the whole meal, but the way everything was handled was upsetting. If someone takes my number and tells me they will call me back and let me know what's going on I expect a call back. Not sure if it was a newer associate, but still, never had this bad if service from them, and will be a while before I choose to order from them again!
