The REAL test was taking my restored classic

1955 Buick Special 4Door hardtop in for their

$25.99 wash n wax. They immediately took my car to the side for a HAND WASH rather then taking it through the machine. WOW what a wonderful job. I take this and my others there, they are quick to do a great job and more then happy to make sure your visit will NOT be your last.the Buick when I attend shows,they do a fantastic job. The facility is super clean and friendly

If you only want a basic car wash, come here. If you want detail, go elsewhere. Twice now I have had to instruct the "lead person" who takes the order to specifically vacuum the trunk, both times when I returned home to put items back in the trunk it was not done. Some months back I took my new car to this location to have it detailed. When I got home I discovered melted chocolate in the cup holder. I can only assume the employee assigned to performing this task was having a snack as this was certainly not mine! The management at this car wash is anemic and not interested in customer satisfaction. The only reason I return is strictly the location to my home. And yes, I have brought these infractions to the management however they only say "it was your responsibility to tell is before you left."
