The way this pollo loco is ran is horrible. You go thru drive thru after a long day at work to pick up some dinner so u dont have to cook. The people are so lazy that even after you ask more then three times if they gave you the thick avacado sauce they will insist that the watery kind is all they have until you have to park your car and go inside and speak to management who will make every excuse up as to why they lied and didnt want to simply walk over to the fridge and get the one you paid extra for.

Another time...You order six salads from the dollor menu, you get to work and they were to lazy to even put the dressing on them and the one that did get dressing looks like it dripped off the spoon and feel into it.

If you go to the Pollo Loco on Main Street and River Road....Do not leave the drive thru with out checking your food. They will insist they gave you everything even after you asked several times is that everything, only to get home and find half your order is missing.
