Absolutely the worst living off campus experience I have ever had. Staff all very unprofessional and rude! Both managers Jeanine and Sharon refuse to deal with resident problems. 24 hour security is a joke, rooms have been broken into, property stolen (of course they claim no responsibility for this in the lease because they know it happens), no monitoring of the guests that are coming in to facility. Parking is extremely limited, if you don't get a spot they tell you to park on "frat row" which is about half a mile away and expect you to walk back through the shady neighborhoods and apartment complexes to get back to the UV's.
