I've been going to Gems meat for years. Never once was I disappointed in quality or customer service. It truly is one of the last great butcher shops. I would have to say that the teriyaki kabobs are my favorite.

Gem meats offers the best quality steaks and seafood i have come across in California. All beef is cut on site from actual sides of meat. Everything i have tried there is sensational (Especially the teriyaki beef kabobs...yum!) Service was spot on, but one butcher stands out above the rest, Pat. Ask for him and you won’t be dissapointed (P.S. he's pretty cute too ladies!)
