These people are really wonderful. Small office, neatly kept. Sincere, genuine people and excellent equipment. In 2009. I had a livescan, did it through the local P.D., and it didn't go through DOJ/FBI, three times. I have no criminal record. The Board in question could not process my certification/license (they now run a name check through the 50 states if livescan fails twice). Thus, I was closed out of my professional field. I recently thought about returning to it, so confirmed with the Board about the name check service if livescan didn't pass (my prints are apparently very light), and then I did not go to my local PD to have them done. Instead, went to Gilbert Travel. My livescan prints passed on first try. Was kept out of my profession until their service provided excellent, much more recent equipment and results. The Board was able to process my certif./ license, and sincerely I thank Heaven and Gilbert Travel; They were very understanding and kind, and had the professional equipment. And the Board has better rules to work with us. And now I have my career back after 5 years of struggling through the poor economy, more school which led nowhere and no other jobs due to companies' stringent budgets. Thank you Gilbert Travel. :)
