Our move was simple from a storage unit to our house 1 mile away. It took more then five hours. They workers worked extremely slow becaue they were charging by the hour not the job. We called to complain and they promised to get back to us but never did. $500 for 5 hours work and I had to help out because i didn't want to get charged even more!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We labeled each box clearly and posted signs on the doors to each room and gave verbal instructions what to do and showed them each room...what did they do? Put all the boxes in the family room. Dumb and Lazy should be the name of this company.
