Talking about service, the staff is wonderful.



I am getting married this December. I did the whole "bridal shopping experience", and made The Dresser my last stop. The salon was highly recommended by friends and family. I kind of knew I was going to find something there since so many people highly speaks of the salon. The whole experience was a total no pressure atmosphere. I went to so many places that said I needed to rush my gown or I need to make a decision ASAP. My consultant was very helpful to want I wanted and what I imagine my day to be. She pulled gowns for me that she knew I would be able to get in time without rushes or date conflicts. There were so many gowns I could have been happy with. I had to go home and think about which one I loved the most.



I finally chose a Maggie Sottero gown. The staff there is excellent at what they do. The whole vibe there is personal and friendly. The salon is beautiful. My family and I couldn’t stop talking about how the viewing room is so beautiful and it just sets the mood for everything. I cannot wait for my gown to come in just so I can stand in that awesome room. I am so thrilled to be a bride from The Dresser.

If you haven't visited the new store, it is amazing. Total upgrade! My consultant Diana was incredible and so patient. She knows what she is doing. My appointment was on a Saturday, the most busy day of the whole week. I am sure everyone and their mother is shopping. It didn't bother me that it was busy because I had an appointment and my consultant never left my side and answered all my questions. I found a gown that I am totally in love with, I am sure I will be back soon to buy it. The Dresser was recommended to me from a co-worker and I will be sure to pass the word on to others. The staff is very personable and the service is outstanding, qualities I would love to purchase the gown on my dreams from.

This store over schedules on appointments; which makes it too crowded for such a little store. My family could not even sit down in order to see me try on my dress. They also did not have much of a selection.
