I have been a customer of Waggin Tails since before day 1. Denise and her staff provide amazing care for my girl (dog). I know that they provide the best care as my girl is never hesitant to get out of the car, nor to go inside when she arrives for either daycamp or boarding. All of the front desk staff, as well as the kennel staff provide the utmost care and attention to each and every dog/cat that crosses their threshold. I can always count on Waggin Tails for all of my dog's needs; I never had to worry when my girl is in their care.

I have tried many kennels for my dog and never flet comfortable leaving him, I asked a good friend of mine who has 2 dogs where she took them when they went on vacation and she recommend Waggin Tails and raved about it. So I gave it a try and LOVED it. The staff was so friendly with me and my dog (who is my only child) when I picked him up after being gone he was exhausted and well taken care of. The facilities are extremely clean, they spend hours playing and giving extra attention to each dog, loving them like they are their own. There is plenty of room for dogs and cats of all sizes to run and play and have a vacation on their own. I never have to worry about if my dog is not being taken care of becuase I know he is, I especially like that someone is on site at all times!! I wouldn't go anywhere else but Waggin Tails! I also loved how my dog sent me a post card from Waggin Tails with his picture telling me he was ok! I still have that picture on my fridge.

I have been using wagging tails for 5 years and have been delighted with the care given my dogs. The dogs communicate their own satisfaction with the excitement they show whenever we go! I have also been fortunate in recent months to become personally acquainted with the owner through activates outside of her business and have found her to be someone of great character, clearly very committed to providing a top quality service. I would unreservedly recommend this establishment. I travel abroad at least once a year and I am grateful I don't have to worry about my dogs at all while I'm gone.

We take our furry family girl to day camp with occasional boarding and each time she is overjoyed to go! It's a warm, friendly place with personal touches. They call both I and my 4 legged girl by name. it's quality gone country style. Ellie and I give Waggin Tails 100 stars!!

Postpone your trip until Waggin Tails has an opening! You can enjoy your trip or vacation with peace of mind! They love your pet there like no other place we have ever been.

What an amazing place! No one will ever treat your pets as one of their own family, as Denise and her staff. I think my dogs hate for me to pick them up...much like the kids at summer camp!

Waggin' Tails has been a huge part of the Fulshear community for many years and as a business owner who has worked for years with the Waggin' Tails owner, I knew I was boarding my 3 dogs with someone who would spoil them as much as I do! I was given a tour of the clean and organized facilities and the staff took note of my concerns as a first-time boarder. After picking up my dogs, I received an awesome report of all they had done every day and how they behaved! I couldn't have asked for better treatment for my "babies"! We have also used Waggin' Tails grooming services on separate occasions and attended lots of their FREE events for the community. Living in Old Katy, I pass several other groomers and boarders to make Waggin' Tails my first choice!

Our beloved dog, Lucie, is quite a character, and she's visited Waggin Tails countless times over the past few years. Now we just say "Doggie Ranch" to her, and she runs to the back door to hop into the car! (If you say, "Walk," she runs to the front door. She's no dummy!) She loves the camaraderie of other dogs, swimming in the pool, and the attention she receives. The staff knows her, greet her by name, and love her no matter how over-affectionate she is!

We've recommended this facility to our friends for their pets, as well. With other boarding facilities or dog-sitting plans, we were concerned about the attention and play our dog didn't received. Waggin Tails has given us peace of mind that when we're vacationing - or traveling to visit in-laws - Lucie is having a good time!

Sounds like somebody got fired

My husband and I joke that our dogs are probably confused as to which is home – Waggin’ Tails or our house in Katy! Bottom line: We cannot imagine life without Waggin’ Tails. My husband and I send our dogs to Rover Oaks one day a week, and the remaining 6 days (Yes, I said 6!) they spend at Waggin’ Tails. You cannot beat the price and the outdoor accommodations. In the past my beloved Lab has been sick and she received a Get Well card by mail signed by the entire staff. These people care! The owner is always open to your praise, comments, and/or concerns, and the office staff - they’re the BEST. There is NOTHING I won’t do for my dogs, and I would never allow them to receive anything but the best. Waggin’ Tails will ALWAYS have a place in the speed dial on our phones, a spot on our credit card, and most importantly, in our hearts. THANK YOU SO MUCH, DENISE, FOR BRINGING US WAGGIN’ TAILS!!!

This pet ranch has caring personnel who are dependable and enjoy taking care of animals.

We had out tabby cat stay here for 6 weeks when we had our house up for sale. I was worried about him being away from his home for so long, but he was very happy. He had a kitty condo all to himself, and got out to play often with free range of the office area. With their discount for a long stay, it was more then worth doing - we sold the house in 30 days!

Cats and dogs are treated with love and affection!

We have a very high energy lab and we used the Ranch to board her last weekend. We were very happy with this facility. The kennel is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional. They really seemed to love our dog. We would definetly use this place again. They also give tours any day of the week and you do not have to call ahead. We were impressed with that.

Waggin' Tails Pet Ranch is hands down the best facility that my dogs have ever stayed at. They came home tired and happy. There were two big differences that we saw with this kennel versus other places we have stayed. First- It is family owned and operated and it shows!! They treated my dogs like they were their own pets!! A very warm welcome. The second difference is the amount of land that they have for the dogs to play on. The dogs are rotated several times a day and mine were so exhausted from play time at the Ranch that they fell asleep on the drive home. I think they would have turned around and headed back to stay instead of going home. We loved our experience and as anyonoe who tries to find a place for their babies knows- this is hard to come by!! Two Paws Up!!

The environment of this business is far too stressful for pets. The employees are being treated inappropriately, which causes high turn over.
