Provided by YP.comWas there for a cleaning was asked if I wanted my filing done that day, I said sure Hygienst said may have a small coinsurance only to find out after white filings on the back of my teeth were not covered and I was not informed of what type of filling until I went to the counter and they wanted me to pay $496 dollars that day. The Hygienst was very rude and said I only had 30 days to pay or I was going to collection. Went and took out a loan and after my insurance co paid the claim my responsibility was only 60 dollars and its not been 2 weeks since they cashed the insurance check and have not refunded my money. The worst experience ive ever had at a dental office and I will be finding a new dentist, Tried calling and am told the Manager will call me back and never has. Totally unacceptable and not professional as I work in a billing office as well

Provided by YP.comManager is very rude, tried to pay my bill. When i told her they sent me the money to pay her she did not believe me. I also had two root canals and they said i did not. I just graduated from dental assisting school and i do know that i have had them. The cleaning was not well done, she barely touched my teeth to clean them. Parking was terrible. Do not recommend!

Provided by YP.comWorst costumer service ever!!! I think they intentionally over book you just so they can charge extra money. I have had 10 appointments made for my kids within a 2 week period and the minute we get our schedules crossed they tell me I need to learn to run my house hold better or not let my husband bring the kids to the dentist. Will never bring my kids there again and will never recommend them to anyone! These people are scammers!!! another side note first day there grown woman runs out of there in tears.... great !!!

Provided by YPmobileHad a tooth extracted because they refused to fill it months ago (holding out for the bigger $$$ I'm sure!) & as Dr.Phil removed the tooth he damaged the filling on the tooth next to the extraction site. He then refused to fix it saying that it was too MOIST to fix & told me to come back in a few days. When I did they demanded I pay for the shoddy work! I of course refused so they refused to fix the damage that HE had done to a VET on VETERAN'S DAY!!! Don't. waste your hard earned money!!! This practice is a PRIME example of health care gone BAD!!!
