I took two broken thermal pane windows in for repair. He measured them and said it would take two weeks to get them in. I took them home and put them back. Two weeks later I called she told me they were in. I went back with my broken frames and they were repaired in twenty minutes. The price was reasonable.

I don t know what these other reviews are talking about. I called them about replacing a broken window and they blew me off. I placed the order, got an estimate from them and was waiting for it to come in, in a couple of weeks they said. Well that time passed and they never called to let me know if it was in so I called them back. To my surprise they never ordered the window, so I asked them to reorder it because in needed one and they assured me it would be rushed in less then a week. I call them up again and the same thing not ordered, and they didn t have my measurements anymore. Jim in Fulton assured me that he would measure the window himself on his way back from vacationing at his camp. And blew me off again. I call once again to say what gives, and Jim says it out of his normal area to come to my house( about ten miles). He then hung up on me. Unbelievable and inconsiderate I have no clue how they have been in business for this long. So if a negative star was possible I would do it, instead please take your business elsewhere.
