Granby is a disaster 90% of the time I am in there. They treat employees like garbage. Theres always issues getting gas Early. It runs so slow half the time I end up leaving and going elsewhere. The pizza is always dry and the hot foods are always mush by the time I get to them. Food service employees are all rude and can’t follow simple instructions. I never see a manager when I am in there and all the employees are walking around clueless. Shelves are always dusty, cigarettes are out of stock and the beer cooler is hardly stocked with 6 packs. Their main cooler is always missing the popular drinks and don’t get me started on the fact that there’s never any MILK!!! Heaven forbid you ask an employee to find something for you- If there’s any employees even working. They offer club cards and never ask to use them. The customers who do use them always have a difficult time redeeming them. I could go on and go. New management sucks and this store has lost my service.

The service is nice the place is nice, it is all around goodness
