Purchased a laptop from these fine people. Nice all the way around, received a free laptop bag and mouse with it. Free software and I did not have to set up the thing at all. They had the antivirus software installed (which was complimentary) and they gave me a car charger. I paid a lower price than I could find the same thing for anywhere. I had questions about software, and how certain programs work....they gave me a tutorial and a good lesson for free....at my house! Way over the top on customer service....I wish I could get treated this good by everybody I do business with.

I had a problem with a laptop I purchased at Bestbuy, and they wanted $150 just to look at it. Ray came to my home, not only looked at it, but fixed everything and took care of it from a to z. No problems with anything now! A home visit only costs $50. I will always go to this guy....knows what he is talking about, and gets to it right away. I am not easily impressed, but this guy impressed me. Awesome work.......

Tech came to my house and fixed my computer and gave me lots of helpful hints to work on the internet better. I also purchased a new computer from him which was extremely well priced. I searched the internet and could not even find a price close to the one I paid for the same thing. I was shocked to see the bill.....low, I mean this guy charges a extremely reasonable rates. I signed up for his preferred client program where I get priority service. I have had no problems with anything, and when I email him to ask a question he gets back right away and with very specific answers. I will continue to do business with this company for a long time.

Wonderful man, then I was shocked to see the bill.....low, I mean this guy charges a extremely reasonable rate. I then signed up for his preferred client program where I get priority service and even better rates. I have had no problems with anything, and when I email him to ask a question he gets back to me with an answer and specific directions to follow. Very professional and polite. Will continue to do business with this company for a long time.

Came right to my house and fixed all the problems with the virus, clean and efficiently. Professional and polite.....and a good price to go along with it, Gave me lots of advice for my computer and took the time to explain it at my pace.....
