Riccelli / Northern trucks speed on county route 6 while drivers talk on their cell phones. The trucks don't appear to be governed and if they are they are cheated. I have personally watched a very close call (MY NEIGHBORS ALMOST DIED TRYING TO PULL IN THEIR DRIVEWAY AS A SQEALING TRUCK FORCED ONCOMMING TRAFFIC OF THE ROAD AS IT DOGGED THE STOPPED CAR. They ruin the roads in town instead of using a commercial Route (481) that is less than a half mile away. Every local person I talk to has the same experiences. If they only knew how much negative publicity is out there, but they probably wouldn't care anyway.

Rome location SUCKS. POOR ATTITUDE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband bought a pair of adjustable masonry block line holders that cost $10.00, he didn't need them. He went return them as he was going to buy a ton of masonry sand. They gave him MAJOR attitude about it saying it wasn't a swap shop. So instead of just deducting the lousy $10 bucks, they decided they would take the line holders back less a 15% "re-stocking fee" (the shelf was 10 feet from the counter!)...AND then the final nail...."we'll mail ���� a check"....Seriously. NEVER EVER WILL DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. EVER. Plenty other folks in this business to waste time with this disrespectful clown outfit.
