This company took over the house that we were renting after we were in it for 3 months and everything went downhill from that point. I cannot speak for everyone with the company but the one person we had to deal with, Jessica, was very very very rude and unprofessional. She would schedule inspections and not show and then try to pressure you into choosing dates and time that only fit her schedule or leave your keys out so that she could come while you weren't home. There was no flexibility at all. And if you happen to choose this company make sure you're always on time with your rent because late fees are ridiculous. Rent could go from $795 to $1100 really quick.Needless to say, I would not recommend this company to anyone but if you happen to choose it as a last resort, I would advise you not to take off from work for inspections because you'll be missing a lot of days because they'll never show, pay rent on time and be prepared to deal with rudeness, bad customer service skills and professionalism. And the only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because you have to choose 1-5, if it were up to me, it'd be a zero for sure.

Very bad experience with this company. They "assisted" in renting out my property but when it came time to doing anything, they dropped the ball big time. Took 10% of the rent only to collect it. They didn't help with anything else except finding/recommending the most expensive contractors to fix minor problems and taking forever to address issues with late payments by the tenant. Home owners and investors, beware when thinking about using this company to rent out and manage your investment property!!
