I don't even want to give "enchanting" moments 1 star. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be one of the most exciting parts of your wedding! in this case, I didn't even get that far. I made an appt at enchanting moments for a Wednesday a few weeks ago. I got a call the night before my appt and was told they had to cancel because something had come up. That shot down my excitement, but I understood so they asked me to reschedule. I did. My appt was made exactly a week later on the next Wednesday at 11:00. The woman even called me the night before my 2nd scheduled appt to remind me it was the next day at 11. Thrilled to go, my mom and I drove an hour to get there... It was closed... no one showed up... I stood out there for 30 minuted knocking on the door and calling both numbers over and over. The woman bailed on me! she never even called me to apologize. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
