Provided by YP.comI just had a great experience in this store.Lisa was working by herself & was extremely helpful in assisting me with my needed supplies,insurance info. & scheduling while answering other calls & assisting other customers at the same time.She is definitely an asset & needs to be commended for her hard work & her pleasant personality !

Provided by YP.comI think they are great- I needed a BP cuff and did not want to drive to Cary for it. The ladies in the store were very personable and helpful. (that visit was in January 2014).
I needed BioFreeze today, called to make sure it was available. Very friendly, supportive. Thank you for having such a convenient location for us in Southern Wake County.

Provided by YP.comSimilar expierence.... Their customer service is terrible. I went into the office to pickup some CPAP supplies. Neither of the two ladies at the front desks acted like they wanted to help me. They refused to sell me tubing for my CPAP because they didn't know what to charge me. BTW, they no longer accept UnitedHealthcare or Aetna. Ridiculous way to run a business. Do yourself a favor and find a different supplier.

I needed to begin treatment for sleep apnea and Lisa told me that Family Medical Supply would work with me and my insurance to pay for the price of the equipment by only paying my deductible at the time of the appointment and billing the rest. The day before my appointment, though, I was told I had to pay the price of the equipment in full, and finance the mask and tubing. Lisa told me outright she had never told me they would work with me on the price of the equipment, but only the mask and tubing (which she didn't mention in our first several phone calls). Needless to say, I did not purchase my equipment from Family Medical Supply. I have friends who have done business with them in the past and never had a problem. Just make sure you speak to someone who knows what they are talking about and hope they don't change their story the next day, week, or month.

Provided by YP.comRecently, while visiting Fuquay-Varina.Call first! from Arizona I found myself in a predicament whereas I needed some plasting tubing and a plastic connector for my oxygen concentrator. I have end stage emphysema and cannot go up or down stairs. I need the tubing to extend my oxygen supply from the concentrator down to the ist floor of the home I was staying in. Family Medical refused to sell me the needed supplies! I was not seeking oxygen or any type of equipment which I know cannot be gotten without a Drs. prescription. Never the less they would not sell methese simple accessories!. Clearly, a man who is dragging a tank of oxygen behind him in a cart with a canula up his nose is on prescribed oxygen therapy. Make sure you they are willing to help you before you make a trip to their store. Call First.
