the worst worst place ever!!! i used to totally love sam, but not after the last time he did my hair. he colored (base) it too dark, then put way too many white blonde bright highlights. my hair was so damaged and ash!!!!! ash means greenish ends to you girls that don't understand the shop talk. I have a current license in cosmetology so i know what im talking about....sam tried to bs me as to what i was seeing and then wouldn't fix it. i ended up going to mitchells at triangle town center in raleigh, a gal who is brilliant named kim johnson fixed my hair it looks like a million bucks now. i had to spend an additional $240 to color fix my hair as well as buy some pricer products to get it back into a healthy state. sam called me a couple of weeks later to ask if i was still upset.....DER! he never apologized and didn't offer to reimburse me either. LIVE AND LEARN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT GO HERE

I have NEVER been so upset with how my situation was handled at this spa. To begin with I was extremely upset with the haircut I received although it was suppose to be a hair trim. I have had so called haircuts that I didn’t like..that happens. However, why this happened I do not know. Everyone had something negative to say about my hair. To me it was horrendous and very upsetting and humiliating to me. HOWEVER, I spoke with the stylist in person and they in turn were kind. Yet this didn’t bring my hair back. I went to show the owner in person and let her know just how unhappy I was. SHE, Michelle , the OWNER was the rudest person I have encountered as a supposedly professional. SHE had the nerve to LAUGH continuously at me and how I felt. SHE let me know it was a mistake all the while laughing. I let her know to me it was not funny at all……someone there in the spa wanted me to know she laughed because she had braces……what does that have to do with anything. It was the worst experience I have ever had. As a professional myself I must say it was the worst I have ever been treated and needless to say will never return. I would never recommend this place of business to anyone. You have to back your business with words of kindness and understanding.
