I want to begin by stating i have never in my life written an online review but the level of dishonesty expressed by this dealership has forced my hand on the matter. I have worked at a car dealership for most of my working career and i am accustomed to most sales tactics employed by salesman. This dealership has prices that seem to be fairly low but do not be deceived. the vehicle i was looking at had several open safety recalls, a previous accident that was not disclosed to me (i asked about it and was informed there were no accidents - found it in the carfax after), a major oil leak and needed brakes. When trading your vehicle in, be prepared to have your vehicle priced like it has a blown engine. They will offer you less than the "Fair" condition price on KBB and offer it like your getting a deal. the particular car i was looking at was priced like it was in perfect condition. VERY Dissatisfied customer. This is the exact sort of place that gives honest dealers a bad reputation.

It's because they are sketchy people who go out of their ways to hide issues with vehicles (paint covering rust spots, clearing service sensors) so that they can pawn them off on you. The prices may seem cheap; that's because they are selling you something that will cost thousands of dollars to fix once you uncover the issues that they WILLINGLY and INTENTIONALLY covered up. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COSTS! Check other websites; you'll see reviews from other people who have also been scammed by them.

I recently purchased a 2007 Audi A3 from here, my experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised and impressed that the staff chose to honor the sticker price even though the price listed on the vehicle was an error and one thousand dollars cheaper than what they intended to sell it for. I would recommend this place to anyone shopping for a quality used vehicle.

Excellent service, bought a 2006 Toyota sienna. Needed a few cosmetic things fixed, which was no problem. Sam was very nice and even let us take the car to our mechanic to check it before we bought it. Would definitely recommend!

I just bought my first SUV. Our sales person was more than helpful-he even drove me home after test driving the car. It is a small delearship which makes you feel that you are well taken care of. My husband is in the market for a car and he will use Inline Auto Sales too.
