Stopped by there today and bought some .380 ammo. Enjoyed talking with the older gentleman. The young folks were not the friendliest but the owner took time with me going over the different ammos I use. Will be back!!

They have completed about a dozen FFL transfers for me at $15 each and have been simply great with regard to customer service. Joe ("the white-haired guy") is fantastic - extremely friendly and diligent, but others who have checked out my paperwork have also been friendly and obliging. I have always received a prompt and curteous call, once my equipment has been checked in.



I personally like the fact that I get some breathing room when I first walk into the store. I usually take some time to review what is in stock, until a sales person approaches and I tell them that I am there for an FFL pick-up. I try to buy a few supplies in store to show my appreciation for their service and must acknowledge that their supplies run about 2-3% higher than down the street.



They also have an excellent gunsmith on site who is a Beretta armourer.



If you're inexperienced or not particularly knowledgeable about a specific class of firearm, I'd suggest that you make a point of getting with Joe, as he is knowledgeable and has a particularly soft touch in dealing with folks.

Some sales staff are awesome - older white hair guy wish I could recall his name was the best. Got me into a super clean Ruger GP100 for $100 less than gunbroker selling prices. Ordered me a shotgun for best price I could find and did two FFL transfers cheaper than the competition. Overall I've had great experiences here.

I've been in the shop multiple times, found them to go out of their way to be helpful. They've a lot of product on the shelves and fair prices.
