You can ignore those outdated negative reviews. I read them and thought "uh oh" but I needed their copy service so I went in prepared for an unpleasant experience. Nope. All three employees I spoke with were very nice and very helpful, particularly Jordan who was working in the copy center. Mine was not a big or important job -- I was copying a flyer for a lost animal -- but not only did he go above and beyond in providing knowledgable, friendly and very polite assistance, he also took the time to commiserate about the lost cat. This is a young man whose customer service skills are far better than those of 99% of the people I encounter. Thanks, Jordan.

Print and Copy Center has HORRIBLE customer service. I received terrible customer service today from Caitlin. First of all, she was eating on the job--UNPROFESSIONAL. Second, she wasn't communicating with me (or other customers) at all. She DID NOT ask how she could help me today, she just stood at the counter and looked at me until I realized she was waiting for me to ask for help. She did it to other customers too. I saw her. I asked for a certain size, and when she finally gathered up enough brain power to figure out how to print it, it wasn't the size I asked for, but she failed to discuss what sizes are offered beforehand. At the end of the transaction, she said, "here" for me to take my change. Completely rude, immature, and unprofessional. I am a graphic design student who gets a lot of things printed, and it's too bad for them that I WILL NEVER RETURN. I would rather drive 30 minutes somewhere else than to have to deal with that ridiculous employee with serious lack of knowledge about printing that I had to deal with today. I hope they replace her with someone who actually knows what they're doing and actually cares about their job and helping people.
