I stood and waited at the front desk for several minutes before the girl even looked at me. She was trying to find a key and seemed upset with another employee. No one ever greeted me much less ask to help me. There were 2 other people already waiting and they looked upset too. I needed to pick up my grandson in an hour so I just walked out. Not very professional people working there. Glad it wasn't my key that got lost there.

I purchased a used motorcycle that had a handful of "miss cut" keys. They worked from "off-accessory-run" gas and trunk but was a pain to lock the forks. They were able to find out that the cut shape of the keys were correct, just in the wrong place on the blank. Once they discovered that, cut a new key and it worked like it came with the bike when it was new. There is a major difference between someone that knows the trade and "put key in slot, put blank in slot, hit start on machine". They know the trade.
