Walk in the door no one greets you , they just look at you, very unfriendly atmosphere , I do not recommended this place to anyone that's loves to shop in a friendly, or professional setting

I have bought scrubs at Fuller's for 15 years. Fullers has a new owner - my 1 star rating is for the new Fullers, not the one I have relied on all these years.



In the past, I ordered scrubs in the length I needed. I would pay half the price when ordering & pay for the remaining balance once I picked up my order.



In March I ordered 3 sets of scrubs. I was told that it could take 4 weeks. In the past, it would take maybe 2 weeks. I waited the 4 weeks -- then 5. I never received a call to pick up my scrubs.



I called & asked & was told they were unsure the scrubs were even ordered & I needed to speak w/ Amanda, who did the ordering. I left my number & she never returned my call. I had ordered these for a new job, & had to order elsewhere after wasting 5 weeks waiting on Amanda



I am sad to say I will no longer be doing business @ Fullers. The name Fuller should be removed from this business because the Fullers I knew would never let this happen.
