Ordered online on their website with great selection and easy to order! The flower selection I got was even better then the picture showed! She loved them!

They have beautiful flowers. I have been twice and haven't had good service either time. First time they were out of flowers. ALL flowers. This was not a major day either. Second time they had cutoff all orders for the day @ 12:00am on a monday.

I have used Joy's for years and have always received excellent service. They have gone out of their way many times to get my flowers to their destination. I recommend them highly!

I do not live in Gadsden but travel there on business weekly. I used Joy's to send flowers to a customer. I can't say what the arrangement looked like however they were extremely unorganized and rude on the phone. Will not use them again.
