At Pitts & Zanaty, L.L.C., we understand that most people who need an attorney look for local counsel. For the convenience of our clients, we have office locations staffed by experienced attorneys throughout the state of Alabama. Our main office is located in Anniston. We have additional offices in Albertville, Birmingham, Cullman, Decatur, Florence, Gadsden, Huntsville, Montgomery, Talladega,Tuscaloosa, Bessemer, Marietta, Sylacauga, & Trussville. We serve clients statewide throughout Alabama as well as in Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Florida. What Makes Us Different? What sets our firm apart from others is our dedication to clients throughout the duration of their case. Many Social Security disability law firms only represent clients at the appeals process and only meet with clients minutes before a hearing. Our Social Security disability lawyers meet with clients from day one at their free initial consultation. Although many of our clients come to us for an SSDI appeal, we are pleased to assist clients with SSDI applications as well as SSDI appeals. We have extensive knowledge of Social Security laws and can explain to clients the difference between Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and which is right for them.

I recently had a hearing about my disability case. I only had one meeting with an attorney prior to my hearing and it wasn't the one that represented me. We didn't even discuss what we were going to talk about. What was brought up at the hearing was stuff from a previous hearing, nothing new. I'm not saying that I lost because of this lawyer, but I probably would have had a better chance with representation from a different law firm.

I would not let these people represent my dog. My lawyer was very negative and when it came time for my hearing she did not provide a physical therapist to represent me during this hearing like she was supposed to. My lawyer waited till the last minute to share important information that should of been shared at the very first visit with her. It was like having a child represent me, I would of been better off fighting the case on my own.
