Terrible, sent an employee for a drug test. The sample had no temp. They sat him in the waiting room and retested.. Did a second test, didn't observe... guess what, that one didn't have a temp either.... They then sent him back to work, then called me. What kind of place doesn't observe when the first test comes back sketchy? When I called to talk to the office manager she told me if I expected them to follow protocol maybe this wasn't the place for us to use.... Would make my job a lot easier if I just did whatever I felt like at work too...
