Provided by YP.comWent in w/sciatica. Was charged $145 for consult/ x-rays. Website stated $55 for Consul, Exam, Diagnostic Testing, X-Ray. Convinced me to go with 3 yr restorative program. Cost of $195 per mo. Said if I decided at any point to discontinue services, I would be charged a per visit fee. After 6 visits, I decided to no longer pursue treatment. Total for 6 visits was $763. Worst part is the treatments didn't help my original complaint of sciatica. Do your homework before visiting this facility. I wish I had.
