Five Star Rating! This is the absolute best Lowe's store In the Upstate, SC! The people are the most knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and trusted I have ever met in any home improvement store! I moved my business from the Boiling Springs, SC store to this Gaffney store and intend to keep it there! Thank you, guys, for being WHO you are! On a scale of one to ten, you are a 20!

I was calling one day looking for a part for my water heater and i dfidnt even get a chance to tell the later what the part was and she already told me they didnt have it.
so i told her how does she know this i didnt even tell her yet what the part was.
so then she ask me what it was and i gave her the item # she then came back 5 min later after i heard her whole conversqation with i assume another customer talking about their personal lives then came back on the phone to tell me they did not have the part. so I just hung up But i think that even if they didnt have the part she could've handled the situation a little more professional than she did. with a little curtosy. I felt like she has very poor customer sevice.

Service at the store was great , however the delivery was terrible. They showed up an hour and a half late, so I basically wasted my whole day waiting on them , then when they got here they had no idea what to do and even took my door off to get the refrigerator in the house and it's a half of a inch thinner than my old one and my 60 year old dad and i brought it in without removing anything.
