Don't get hooked on the outter shell!! Community is beautiful, pleasant, and in great location BUT it all is ruined by the terrible head management and many nuisances that surface only after you've lived in your unit for a few months (leaks,running toilets, chipping paint, rusting doors). Renter's beware!!!! There's no follow-up nor follow-thru. I would describe these units as the "money pit" & be thankful you don't own this property. Office hours are conveniently 10 -6pm, which leave you calling all day to leave a message. It's quicker for you to do the repairs on your own. Add those issues to the forever increasing water bill. On avg you'll pay $45-55.00 per month for a 2 person household , along with $10 to drive your own trash to the other side of the complex to dump!!!!! They'd rather have inspections to catch those violating the pet rules than complete service requests that are weeks outstanding. Should they train the mgmnt to be more personable and implement a 24 hour follow-up policy w/in the office, it could be a wonderful community overall.
