Service is very slow after 22 minutes waiting for our food and four people who order after we did received their food I asked for my money back. The manager gave us a coupon for a free sandwich for their location only, I told him that we were from Day on Oh and gave it back to him, he gave me money back for the sandwich and gave us our two sandwiches, fry and onion ring. The only reason he refunded the sandwich was because I complained that someone who ordered 15 minutes after we did received the same sandwich that we had ordered, I ended up getting his sandwich with no onions and I bet he had my sandwich with onions that he didn't want. The girl working at the counter should pay more attention to customers ordering instead of talking to friends who were already eating, she even went out into the dining area and was talking to them and it looked like she was handing one girl free food from the side. I have never had such poor service at any fast food.

no all employees know how to make everything and when you tell them that it isnt right they tell you you are wrong
