We took my fiance's wedding dress to have it altered in February. She said it would be done at the end of March. We have been calling her regularly since then to hear one excuse after another why it wasn't done. In the first week of May she said it was almost complete, but we were unable to pick it up for various reasons until the last week of May. The day we were supposed to go get the dress, she said she couldn't because she was in the hospital and her shop was closed.... I thought the timing was a little too funny with all of the other excuses we have heard. We went to her shop and found her working away.....on someone else's pants. We demanded the dress only to find that it had been hacked to pieces(I saw the pieces and I could have done a better job cutting them with a dull butter knife). She hurriedly tried to pin it together promising to have it done Friday of the same week. He have not heard back from her since and that was Wednesday of last week. Don't use her services unless you can afford for her to be extremely late (we were surprised to find her former co-workers at another alteration shop strongly confirmed this). Don't go here EVER!
