Where do I start? The first thing that you notice as you walk in the door is the smell of cat urine. The owner's two cats walk around the business freely and jumped on me more than once. The owner didn't seem to notice. She actually looked filthy herself in a grease and dirt stained t-shirt and an overall unkempt appearance. The whole scene just looks shady.

I rented a truck on Saturday and returned it on Sunday with a full tank of gas. There was no one in the business, so I left the keys in the drop box as instructed. Monday afternoon I called to make sure that everything checked in ok and found out that I was being charged extra because the tank was not full. No one attempted to call me. When I started to dispute the charges the lady told me that she had "Done you a favor and only charged half the usual since it was only 1.2 gallons short of full and if you keep arguing with me I'll make it the full $25." After telling her politely that any increase in charges would get her nothing she decided to hang up on me.

Look, she's got a great scam going on here. Rent the truck on Saturday, no one to inspect it with you on Sunday. Claim to fill it up on Moday while you're at work and make $15.01 extra, then hope you'll calm down and take it because its only 15 bucks and she did do you a favor by not charging full price right?

It's a scam. I know I filled up that tank. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
