They go out of their way to help in time of need and are kind. We need more people like them who believe in being honorable and doing a good job in the most expeditious manner. This is especially appreciated when one is out of town and needs help.

Never showed up and didn't call to let me know. Wouldn't answer their business phone when I tried to follow up.

My husband and I have been completely horrified by the lack of customer service from this company. We called them to fix our gas water heater 8 days ago. We have had to call them every day to find out if the part they need has come. They were rude the very first day that they came to our house. We had to call them because our insurance company has a contract with them. They have constantly lied to us about whether they have ordered the part. We have already paid them and still have not heard when we will have hot water.

We used this company because our Insurance has a contract with them. They have been horrible! The customer service has been poor. They constantly lied to us about ordering a part needed for our gas hot water heater. They still have not fixed the heater.

Excellent company! All the good things we heard were true.

Neighbor told me only call B & H, very happy i listened. Will only used them from now on out.

Service was very good and they responed quickly. Recommended by all my neighbors!

I am incredibly pleased with the service and quality work that B&H provided for me. This was my third call for service. Ech time the staff performed the plumbing need with professionalism beyond compare.



I was a bit worried that the cost would be phenomenal because of the intricate nature of the interior connections that needed to be done, However, the plumbers repaired each problem and the cost was much less than I expected.



Even when I needed to replace a hard to find item in my bathroom, B&H was the answer. What would have costed less at Lowes, but would take at least 10 days to arrive, for a few dollars more, B&H had the part that we needed.



I strongly recommend B&H Plumbing for all plumbing repair needs. You will not regret it. You will be pleased with quality of work and professionalism of the customer service. Give them a call, tell them you read about them at this review.

This company really is not helpful or caring as they advertise to be. The manager Bob is very rude and actually used profanity when I called to let him know that the problem was still a problem after the third visit to my home. I only asked to speak to the manager after the plumbers came three times and the sink still leaked. I eventually called a more expensive company and the leaking sink was fixed in 15 minutes the first and only visit. I felt the plumbers that came to my home were not experienced enough to handle such a simple problem. In all honesty I have used B & H for years but moved for 12 years and called them upon buying my new home. I really think with new management this company could be top notch as it was many years ago. I am very disappointed to see a business that has been around for so many years really go down hill as B & H Plumbing has.
