Bivens cove is a great place to live . The staff is very friendly and they make you feel right at home.

I love the pools and the gym . It's safe area for children and quiet enough for students and workers. I would recommend them to anyone. This is home.

I have loved living here throughout the past few years. The office staff and maintenance are always very helpful.

It has a lovely office staff who are very friendly. Overall this place is a perfect spot for living in Gainesville. Close to everything but still tucked away. Perfect for international families and students.

Bivens is a fantastic place! They take care of everything and quickly as well. If there is an issue it is taken care of, just this past storm I was worried but they came out that night and took care of it! Schadre is amazing and Anthony and Sam are nice. Parents don't have to worry here, take it from the Momma of two tenants. Definitely a must live, great deals and the perfect spot as it is close to everything major in Gainesville! The pool is amazing and the backyard is spacious it is just beautiful.

I have been living at Biven's Cove for 7 months now and absolutely love it here. The apartments are spacious and the staff very friendly and knowledgable.
The lawn is very well maintained and the shared facilities for laundry, gym, pools etc are kept clean which is very much appreciated. Plus Biven's Cove is pet friendly! 5 stars!

I have lived her for over 6 months and so far I love how they appreciate their complex. How friendly the staff is with everyone. I loved the features of two pools and the fitness center, they have a tanning room but never tried. I also appreciate that if the residents leave trash around the dumpster they pick it up quickly (unless if its the weekend).

I'm a new comer to Florida and have to say I love living at Bivens Cove. Everyone from management to maintenance are very friendly and professional. Any issues that arise are taken care of promptly.



I also love the variety of bird on the property: cardinals, blue jays, wood peckers, sandhill cranes and many that I don't know the name of. My out of state friends are amazed at the pretty pictures I get just from my back patio.

Bivens is a great place to live overall but especially for students. It is close to the campus and all the main spots but without all the traffic and noise. Being a Grad Student it helps t have a great community especially as all the residents are respectful to each other.



Maintenance is great and I never have a worry should an issue arise and they are great with getting back to you within a day. The community itself is well kept and being right next to Bivens Arm & the access to the nature park is great for a walking/running trail.



Anthony and Samantha are always great and super friendly. Ready to help with whatever you need and they follow up with you should an issue arise which is very nice.

We moved in last August and since moving in I fell more in love with the place. Jeremy and Schadre are fantastic, not only wonderful people but amazing at their job. We moved from out of state(PA) to come down here and it was made simple and stress free. Anthony and Samantha are our two new desk workers and they are both so sweet!



Maintenance is unbelievable, they are not only quick but stick to their word. They really are available anytime and they don't just say that.



This place is phenomenal and has by far become more than we thought it would be. It is really great for Uni Students as well as for a first move out of the parents place. Bivens Cove is really welcoming and so charming. I'd be more than happy to answer anyone with general questions on tenant life and community, just send me an email.

Staff and other residents here are the best. Everyone in office and maintenance crew are hard at work ensuring every residence needs are met in a timely manner. True there are exceptions due to some repairs are massive and may take longer than others. But all issues are being looked into. We just need to give them a little patience to finish a job so they have more time to work on any job we may have for them to fix. I love it here. Soon be starting my 4th year here and it is just getting better and better......
