Burger King on Newberry Road is the worst the other night I went to Burger King and I ordered sat in line for about 45 minutes when I got to the window the girl she doesn’t know what happened to my order I have to go back through the line and she refused to put my order back in so never again will I go to that Burger King.

My husband and I stop in the Burger King on Newberry Rd., Gainesville, Fl. when we are going to and from doctor appointments, especially when we have to fast and are really ready for our morning coffee afterwards. This Burger King is always so clean an--d staff is always ready to help. Marcia, the hostess is there most mornings cheerfully greeting customers and making sure we have our cream, sugar and even napkins. She is a real pistol and makes us feel welcome. We have been all over the United States, Europe and Australia to name a few and found this fast food restaurant the cleanest and the food always prepared as requested, and never greasy! Again, Marcia is a keeper.

I will never go to Burger King ever again after tomorrow. I'm only going tomorrow to get my 2 tender crisp sandwiches from general manger since he's the only who can give it to me. The manager, creg, was very rude and he could not find my name in the book. Whomever I spoke too on the phone specifically said I need to come back in 2 weeks and claim my sandwiches because the ones I had gotten weeks ago were disgusting and could not be eaten. He clarified it was a shipment they got and they've been getting complaints about them so I wasn't the only one which wasn't there fault but my name wasn't in the book and the manager wants to be sarcastic and he said my name wasn't in the book and e couldn't anything about it? So I couldn't get my meals tonight. They need good customer service and get their service together because that is ridiculous and they just lost many usual customers. I used to eat there 5 times a week with 4 of my roommates but that will never happen again.

I never thought I would be writing you but feel compelled to give you a reason why I will never set foot in another Burger King.



A little over 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 whoppers and 2 fish sandwiches and when I got home discovered they had not put in my whoppers. I immediately called the store and talked to an employee named Chris. He was very nice and helpful and said he would write my name down in their 'recovery book'. I explained to him it would probably be a couple of weeks before I would be able to come in as I lived 25 miles away and also have a chronic medical condition that prevents me from just jumping in my car to go to town. He said that was no problem.



Yesterday I had a doctors appointment just down the road from your store so stopped there after my appointment to get my whoppers. I gave my receipt to the cashier and he gave it to a woman who appeared to be in charge. I believe her name was Soundful or something that sounds like it. She immediately started complaining in an extremely loud voice about what was she suppose to do about it, she wasn't paying for it (I had already paid for it so didn't understand that remark) and loudly implied that I was making it up just to get a couple of whoppers. Chris was working in the kitchen making burgers and she opened the door and held it open while she loudly berated him for telling me what he did. I felt so sorry for him. Even though my name was in the book and I had the receipt with all the info on it that I had written down after I spoke to Chris she continued her tirade. Needless to say I was mortified and so embarrassed by her actions. You could tell the entire front area of the store felt uncomfortable with the situation. Finally she said in a very loud disgusted voice to the cashier to go ahead and give me the whoppers. She still though continued to complain in a loud voice about the situation.



I have been going to Burger Kings for over 40 years and still think it makes the best burgers in the world. But I will forgo that pleasure in my life in order for me to never have to feel like I wanted to crawl into a hole again.
