looks good at a distant

Driving up to the place it looks great,the staff is helpful and real nice,and the pool area is like on MTV at hardrock Cafe!! but the inside of the apartments are nasty, smells and the carpet looks like inside of a kennel!! paint is peeling ever where.if I had kids in U.F or S.F.C.C I would take a closer look!!! like on saturday night, with all fairness it can be fixed,with the right maintenance staff it can be a winner,but if not, two years it will be at a point of no return DO KNOW THE WEAR AND TEAR OF 20 YEAR OLDS!!!!
