Was told to come in for a 1:30 appointment. Spent an hour in the waitin room before being called back, and then another 45 in a private room before the doctor ever came in. What was the point of making an appointment if nobody was going to see us for almost two hours? So much for "Express Healthcare" and "Urgent Care."

I googled urgent care centers for my daughter going to college in Gainesville and chose this one because it is run by Shands. Boy was I mistaken, Dr. Hunt was so rude and nasty that my 21 year old daughter left there crying. It's time for this doctor to retire since she is unable to perform her job with care and concern for her patients. She was in a huge hurry and didn't want to be bothered with any questions. This is totally unprofessional behavior for a doctor. I would give this place zero stars if the website let me.
