Pros: Let me start by saying this place has the most flavorful Mexican food in Gainesville, FL. Chuy's gives you a choice of nine different sauces that are made fresh at the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and informative. The atmosphere is festive and full of canine pride. Con: They need to build more in the state of Florida!
