The property manager was THE most UNPROFESSIONAL property manager I have ever met and because she was newly certified - she had to prove herself and I was just the one to do that on. They will tell you one thing then do another, they want to make money - period! That's their driving force at Cricket club II. There's no discussing anything - there's no "Life Happens"...everything has to be to the letter of the lease....verbatim. No explaining what lease bylaw you're breaking - they know the lease line by line and expect you to know it just as well.

They had to put up a barb-wired fence to keep some of the kids in an adjacent complex out. Cars are broken into 3-4 nights a week. I never felt safe there, even though I really liked my apartment layout. I didn't feel safe even with a 120 lb. German Sheppard with me and nights are the worst. Car thieves came into Cricket Club II "running" from police. On multiple occasions I woke to flashing blue lights out my window.
