I have had several computer (Dell desktop) issues the last year or so. The folks at Dog Bytes Computers have always bailed me out, and quickly. They are professional, courteous, timely and simply know what they are doing - in a big way. My most recent need for service, which included multiple serious problems, were very patiently diagnosed and repaired by Doron and Mathew. Their speed of service and knowledge borders on incredible, as well as their fair pricing. If you are looking for a great, locally owned computer repair place with excellent speed of service and fair prices, you've just found it!

I’ve used Dog Bytes for several years for my desktop PC repair and I’ve recommended them to my son, my employer & friends. Our opinion of this company is they’re terrific. A few days ago I took my Dell laptop to the local store that sold it to me as recommended by Dell Customer Service. When I arrived for my confirmed appointment I was told I’d have to leave it for 3 weeks because they were short of PC technicians. I explained that this was a business-use machine used for QuickBooks Payroll and other business & church-related work and that 3 weeks without it was unacceptable. I got nowhere except for my blood-pressure going up.

I took my laptop & went to Dog Bytes where a really fine technician named Jeff fixed the machine in about 1 hour while I waited & also replaced a bad external power supply all at very reasonable cost. The laptop runs just great now. Needless to say, ALL my future PC repairs will go to Dog Bytes first. They’re just terrific!

I bought my first computer from Dogbytes in 2004, ever since all of my computes were purchased from Dogbytes.



It is through the support of Doron and his staff that kept me as long time customer. Doron’s service is above and beyond, and even though my wife and I no longer live in Gainesville the staff of Dogbytes still supports us and helps us with every technical problem we have.



Recently with Doron’s recommendations, we have purchased from Dogbytes (now we live in California) a new Asus laptop with Windows 7 home.



Doron kept checking in on us to make sure we are satisfied and pleased with our purchased. It is this kind of caring and service that keeps us coming back to Dogbytes.



We always recommend to all of our friends and family to contact Dogbytes for their computer needs. Also both my mom and brother are Dogbytes’ customers as well.
