This business has been in service for years and it shows! I came in the other day with one of my girlfriends to get pedicures, and we had a very pleasant experience.
I was worried at first because of prior reviews on Yelp, but my friend and I left satisfied with our new nails!

The owner does great nails but I've been here 3 times and he was on his cellphone (blue tooth) yelling the whole time he was doing my nails! He cut 4 of my cuticles from not paying attention (ouch) and was trying to fix his cell phone while doing my nails. I'm not coming back......still looking for a nail tech in Gainesville open to suggestions!

I went to this place for a simple polish change and the woman rushed through the job; she didn't even finish taking the first nail polish off my nails. Then layered on the second color sloppily.

I asked nicely for them to fix this and a man (I think he was the owner) yelled that it didn't come off because it was cheap nail polish. He told the woman to take the nail polish off and let me go. She started to do so and all the nail polish (including the original color) came off. I showed him that it wasn't the nail polish but the rushed and low quality work of the employee but he wouldn't listen.

He continued to disrespect me and tell me to go back where I came from (whatever that means).

I will never go here again and I recommend you don't either.
