Floridia provides professional facilitation services We plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, retreats, forums, focus groups, and other group gatherings. Floridia specializes in facilitation of groups dealing with the Florida environment, in areas such as water, conservation land, agriculture, land use, fish & wildlife, and sea level rise. We help groups in government, businesses, communities and non-profits to do their best work. We do this by using fair, open, and inclusive processes to help the group work more effectively. We identify key stakeholders and their issues, provide just enough structure for the group to work efficiently, and design processes to guide the group to consensus. We help groups to develop broadly supported approaches to management of the Florida environment, approaches that are put into action and are less likely to be legally challenged.
