WARNING....This company and its owner Mike Radziminski has 3 CITATIONS from Department of Business + Professional Relations webpage...in 2013 and 2014 when they were called Swamp Heating and Air and changed their name to Gator Heat and Air.



Their tech went out to inspect coil leak. SCARED my tenants by saying furnace was DANGEROUS, and that they would "not wake up". Also said I "would NEVER find a coil to fit"...Talks behind your back. Immature and unprofessional...3 CITATIONS in 2013 and 2014...and Im gonna add a 4th one in 2016...HIDING their past citations by changing their company name?

I have utilized the services of Gator Heating & Air Conditioning at two of my homes. Both instances the services were impeccable and the pricing was unbeatable. Nate displays a great amount of knowledge in this field and is also extremely polite. If the need ever arise again he would be the one I would call. Gator Heating & Air Conditioning would be my recommendation to anyone looking for friendly, fair and knowledgeable service.

I used Gator Heating and Air Conditioning approximately 2 years ago to fix my a/c and heating system. Nate was extremely knowledgeable fixing it correctly the first time. His credentials are top notch even down to teaching at Santa Fe College. Today, I built a brand new home that needed a dual system A/C and Heating. There was no hesitation in calling them. Nate didn't change a bit. He was just as professional, knowledgable, and courteous as always. They installed a great system quickly that is energy efficient as well as reasonably priced. I am incredibly thankful for Gator Heating and Air Conditioning.

I called around getting estimates for air conditioners. Each company I spoke with made me feel like I was dealing with the dreaded sales pitch as well as being just a number. I am a woman who knows nothing about A/C systems so this can be extremely frustrating. Thank heaven I found Nate with Gator Heating & Air. I was treated with complete respect feeling like a valued customer. He educated me giving me options for an appropriate system and I never felt like I was getting an unfair price. My system works GREAT and I don't have any problems. It's nice to know there are reputable A/C companies out there. I highly recommend them and if I ever need an A/C company in the future they are my choice. I am their customer for life!

Mike was able to work with my schedule; was on time,courteous, and very well priced. I would recommend this company to my friends and coworkers. A job very well done.
