If I could change anything about Val-u car it wouldn't be anything! Everything here is superb from the service department, sales and office!

I came in the shop to get some things done. While I did that I went ahead and paid my payment. I didn't realize I was late until they told me. They told me there was going to be a late charge added to my bill and that is why the amount is not the same as the others. I am grateful that they told me that and not be like other places and just add it on.

The longest time I have waited is about 1 1/2 hours. At other places I had to wait up to 3 hours and that is for anything! This place is amazing!

I come in all of the time to make a payment and it usually takes about 3 minutes to get everything done. Compared to other companies they are the fastest that I have ever delt with. Plus they are super busy all of the time so 3 minutes per customer and talking to them as well is exceptional!

If you bring your kids with you, they will be directed to the movie room where a PG movie is playing for them. The service department is fair and gets the work down fast and are very thorough. The cashiers are super friendly, and the salesmen are very professional!

I put my f-150 in the shop because my break fluid was leaking and oil changed. The mechanic made sure that it would be done that day. He kept to his promise and I was out in about 2 hours. The price was fair and Defiantly affordable. My truck is now perfect!

I have been paying on my car for about three years now and its about payed off. I will be buying another car from there soon, because I need two cars. I feel like this company has always been very fair and professional to me and my family, and I will recommend all my friends and family to go buy from them.

So I bought me a new whip today. Its a Pontiac G6 n I love it! Imma ride out tonite n see just what it can do.

I bought a car from Val-U Car about a year ago and it was time for a tune up, so I brought my car up to them to tune it up. I was so impressed. They immediately took my car back to begin working on it. They then directed me to the "Movie Room" where I was able to choose exactly what I wanted to watch and the time just flew by. Before I knew it they were coming back to tell me it was done! The car runs great, and it couldnt have gone any smoother. The price was good, the service was great and I would definately recommend them to any one I know!!!

No one would finance me. NO ONE. So I went to Val-U Car, and they know of a finance company called .Comfinancial who agreed to finance me. My payments were high and the interest was also high. But being the only place that would help me I struggled through it. I payed that car off and my credit improved drastically. My next car was also from Val-U Car and the payments were lower, the intrest rates were also lower. I payed that one off and my credit was good enough to be approved for a loan so I could go back to school. I now have my associates degree in Marketing, all because this place gave me a chance.

The dealership was very clean, the staff was attentive and professional, and the cars were beautiful. The only reason this place gets 4 stars was because I ended up being there for two hours longer than expected. If I dont say it how will they know right?

I have been a long time customer at Val-U Car for about 16 years now. I have bought and payed off 3 trucks, and I'm working on my 4th. I remember when they were still in the old building. The new one blows that place outta the water! I love how I know everyone there and when I come into make my payments I can count on everyone being happy and very nice to me. I will never buy a cor from anyone else!

I went to valucar yesterday and was blown away. I was greeted by a salesman as soon as I walked into the building, and we walked all around that lot! He showed me every car I wanted to look at. I talked to him for a while and we decided that I should wait until I got my tax return then come and Ill have a larger down payment so I can get into what I want to!!! But I will definately go back there as soon as I get my check!!!!

I like this dealership alot. I love my new car, and the fact that they give people the chance to rebuild their credit and own a car! I literally went in there with a terrible credit score and didnt even need a co-buyer!!!

Got my car from there about a year ago n I love it. It is almost payed off,,, just afew more months. Well when this thing gets payed for I will probably go on and buy another one for it. It has treated me well but its bout that time!!!

I have always liked this dealership, and Ive been a customer with them for a while now. My credit sure looks a better now. The dealership is nice and the people workin are great. I will end up buying one more then my credit should be set!

Great cars, Great people and an overall awesome dealership. When you walk into Val-ucar you will instantly see that this is a real dealership, and not one of those little mom n pop shops. This place really cares about their customers. I have been with them for a while now and have always been treated so well.

I liked this dealership. The truck I bought is really nice. It's a F250 with 80k miles. Runs great. Everyone there was so nice and I will keep buying trucks from them for as long as they let me!

I went there one day and I swear I saw like 50 new cars coming into the lot. They always keep a fresh inventory because how busy they are, or at least thats what they said. I am so happy with everything they have done for me and I wont ever go to a different dealership.
