In the past I would've given modern age 5 out of 5 but what they've done to me is just unacceptable. I bought a piece, used it twice, and then picked it up by the stem and the stem just detached from the base. The stem was a darker color than the base and it cleanly broke off where the clear and darker glass met. If I dropped it and the stem broke off, I'd have no problem but I should be able to pick up a piece of glass that I bought a day ago without it snapping. I called and spoke with Pat and he told me that it was cheap Chinese glass and it was sold "as is" so it's my fault. I let him know that I had previously bought at least 5 pieces of glass from there and he sarcastically let me know that he appreciated my business and started to be a jerk. I told him that I was a local guide on Google and he said "well then I'm sure you'll write us a real nice review" (also sarcastic) It's insane to me that a business would be this rude and disrespectful to a customer who has spent so much money there. If you buy something from there just know they don't care about you and are not interested in keeping their top customers happy... I'll be spending my money at smoke city in the future and I suggest you avoid modern age like the plague that it is.
